Stephen Clements , born on Sept 24, 1983 in Victoria BC, sadly passed away on June 14, 2017 at the young age of 33. He is survived by his loving son Oliver,(mother Keely); his parents Kim and Richard Clements; sister Lisa Hill (Andrew) nephew Kayne; grandmothers Vera Clements and Cecile Halsey, as well as Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
