Frances Cora Brown, born Oct 10, 1937, went to be with her family on Tuesday, August 28, 2024 (photo: The Victorian Newspaper, 1970). Francie was the youngest of six children born in Victoria, to Cliff and Hazel Brown. She joins her parents, sisters, Rita (George), and Dolores, and her brothers Elmer (Audrey) Tim (Loraine) and Bobby (Eleanor). Francies was best known as the “Cat Lady” on Ashgrove.
