Adele passed away peacefully on March 13, 2024 following a short and courageous battle with cancer.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Ian; as well as daughter, Aimee (Scott); son Clark; and grandchildren, Brooklyn and Carter.
We will always have fond memories of our many family trips, sharing laughter and adventures along the way. After retiring from a long and happy teaching career, Adele loved to travel, take long peaceful walks with friends, as well as sharing a love of books with others.
Thank you to all the friends and family who brightened our final months by helping us smile and being there for support throughout the journey. Thanks as well to the numerous medical professionals who were there when we needed support and expertise.
A small private memorial will be held at a later date.
