Elsie Duck passed away at the Priory Hospital on December 14, 2020. She was a long time resident of the Western Communities and her almost her entire working career was spent at the Priory as the cook. Many of the current employees there remember her, especially for the colors of nylons that she loved to wear!
She was pre-deceased by her husband Art (2005). She leaves behind her eldest son Ivan, her daughter-in-law Fran, loving grandchildren Julie Neill (James) and Scott Duck (Carly) and her 5 cherished “greats” – Athena and Sophie Neill, Josie, Reid and Libby Duck. She also leaves her son Lyle and his wife Lynne.
Ivan, Fran, Julie and Scott are grateful for the care and compassion shown to Elsie during her time at Oak Cottage. We thank you all very much.
