On July 26, 2020 Jeffery Cameron Singbeil passed away at age 52. He was born in Regina, SK on April 2, 1968. After residing in Mossbank for a short time, he attended school on Balcarres, Indian Head and Regina, SK. He pursued a cooking career which was interrupted by a move to Victoria BC in 1992. Jeff was diagnosed with MS in 1996 and as a result it affected his work and everyday living. To ease his pain and be more mobile, he had a job as a flag person at Domcor the last few years.
Jeff loved sports, cooking, being around friends and family. He had a big heart and never said no to anyone who needed help.
He is survived by his parents, Ted and Joan Singbeil of Victoria BC; and two older brothers, Trevor and Darrin.
A memorial will be held at a later date.

Jeremy always spoke so fondly of Jeff. He will be missed by our family. Jeremy often got texts from him and they were always a nice surprise.
Jeff was the ring boy at our wedding. He smiled a lot then and always. His friendliness and warmth made him more then a cousin but also a friend! Love you Jeff. From Larry and Bev Singbeil
