It is with great sorrow that the McAskill family announces the passing of Judith Nina McAskill, a resident of Victoria, BC. Judy passed away at the age of 79 years on Thursday the 15th of December, 2016 at Victoria General Hospital, Victoria, B.C.
Judy is lovingly remembered by her children Laurie (Jerry Thompson), Bonnie (Shaun Lorhan), and Bruce (Susan Perkins) as well her sister Beth (Morley) Beard and niece Paula Beard. Judy will be missed by her grandchildren Julia and Christina, step-grandchildren Kylie, Aaron, Aaron, and Emerson, and step-great grandchildren Sadie and Libby.
Judy was predeceased by her husband Donald John McAskill, parents Karl and Muriel Rettie.
As per Judy’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private family and friend memorial will be held at a later date.
