Magretta Gwenthollyne Ruth

RUTH, Magretta G. September 29, 1934 – September 23, 2014 It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Gretta, after a long illness. She was predeceased by her son Duncan, and leaves behind her loving husband Douglas, daughter Sarah Ruth, daughter-in-law Susan Ruth, grandchildren Eve and Ben Ruth. She also leaves behind her sister Christine Bone, of Lillooet, B.C. and nieces and nephews in the interior of the province. Gretta enjoyed nature and her garden and the many friends she made in the Weavers Guild. Gretta was one of the founding members of Metchosin Search and Rescue and an active member of Saint Mary’s Church. Our family will forever be grateful to the wonderful care and treatment Gretta received from the staff at Heritage Woods.
