January 4, 1969 – September 18 , 2020
It is with great sadness that our family informs the public that Quentin has crossed over to the other side tragically drowning in a kayaking-fishing accident.
Quentin was predeceased by his parents Martin and Olga Russ and brother Roger. He leaves behind to celebrate his life : his sister Brenda [Mullis], nephews Russ and Dexter [Gaida], his sister Shelley and brother-in-law Brad and nephew Randy [Coons]. He also leaves daughters, Breshell and husband Matthew along with Selena and their Mom Lindi .
Quentin had a myriad of extended family and friends with special mention of his friend Paul and ever-loving dog Buster. All will miss him.
“The first time I saw him, he was full out standing on the seat of a Trumpet 650 , big smile, hair wildly blowing, just flying down the street. Five minutes later the bike was in the backyard as we all watched the cops go screaming sirens down the front street looking for him … what a wildman !”

RIP Quentin miss you buddy. As does our family say hello to our Dad Don who considered you a son. You were the best goalie I ever played with man you made hockey fun. You have a wonderful smile 😊 don’t lose it. God Bless
Condolences to all Quentin’s family. Although not seen in a very long time, Quentin is fondly remembered as a easy-going, fun-loving guy that I went to school with. Too young to leave this earth but he is a reminder to all of us to enjoy and appreciate everyday. RIP Quentin ❤️
I am so sorry to hear about Quentin. We went to school together and his smile and vibrant personality are what I remember the most. Plus that he gave me my first 8 track..The Bay City Rollers! My car had the 8 track deck so I played it a lot. Quentin you were the best goalie Dad had the pleasure of coaching. You had a special place in his heart. Rest In Peace Quentin ❤️
