Joan Alberta Leighton (nee Noyes), our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and dear friend has slipped the bonds of this Earth and died peacefully under the loving wings of Hospice care on Thursday December 15, 2022. Her brilliant warm smile and joyful, welcoming spirit embodied hospitality, generosity and a genuine interest in people. Peter Morley Allen, resident of Victoria, BC, formerly of Scarborough, ON, passed away peacefully October 9th, 2019, at the Royal Jubilee Hospital, at the age of 67 years. Peter was born January 23, 1952 in Toronto, ON, the youngest of three boys. He was raised in Scarborough ON, with his two brothers, Kenneth Paul Allen and Gregory Arthur Samuel Allen.
