After her very private and lengthy battle with cancer, Christel was taken away on Angels wings Tuesday May 24, 2022. She was peaceful and surrounded by family. Christel was born in Germany in 1939. She met her beloved husband Allan and moved to Canada, where she taught herself to speak, read and write English. Christel retired after working 25 years at the Hudson’s Bay in Victoria BC.
