Peacefully passed away at Selkirk Place on May 31, 2014 at the age of 67 years. Born in Victoria  on September 29, 1946 he was predeceased by his parents, Capt. Vern and Freda Vosper; as well as infant son, David. Douglas is lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Frances Ann; son, Vern (Noni); 2 daughters, Valerie Vosper (Jimmy, Jack and Josheph) and Teresa Hogan (Richard); brothers, Capt.
