David M. Bissett 1943 -2024 It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of David's passing on Sept. 27th, 2024 David was born in Victoria, BC on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1943. He is predeceased by his partner of over 50 years, Dan Martin (2021), his father Duncan, (1990), mother Patricia (2007), brothers Ken (2008), and Don (2018) and sister in law Ann (2017).
