David M. Bissett 1943 -2024 It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of David's passing on Sept. 27th, 2024 David was born in Victoria, BC on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1943. Andrea Brice (nee Migneault) was born on April 8, 1971 in Calgary, AB to Wayne and Maria Migneault and passed away on December 3, 2023 in Victoria BC at the age of 52 after a courageous battle with cancer.
