On July 26, 2020 Jeffery Cameron Singbeil passed away at age 52. He was born in Regina, SK on April 2, 1968. After residing in Mossbank for a short time, he attended school on Balcarres, Indian Head and Regina, SK. He pursued a cooking career which was interrupted by a move to Victoria BC in 1992.
