Sandra (Sandi) Claire Archer (nee Richardson) passed away the evening of December 4th, 2018, within the Victoria General Hospital (VGH) ICU shortly after moving to palliative care. She suffered a stroke due to a burst cerebral aneurism on the morning of November 29th, 2018 and never regained consciousness.
